Every aircraft.
Every source.
The whole sky, observed.
SHOVRON is the manufacturer-agnostic command & control platform that collapses the four-vendor stack civilian operators stitch together today — DJI, MAVLink, RemoteID, and beyond — into a single, unified air picture. Built on military C2 doctrine. Deployed for civilian airspace.
Operators don't run a platform.
They run a consortium.
Today, scaling a civilian drone fleet means stitching together a fleet manager, a UTM provider, a counter-drone layer, and a hardware-bridge integrator. Four contracts. Four data models. No single source of truth. SHOVRON collapses the stack into one platform.
Four vendors. One operator.
One platform. Native.
Built on the architecture of national air-picture systems.
SHOVRON mirrors the design principles of military C2 — adapted for civilian operators who need real-time, certifiable, auditable control of their fleets across mixed hardware and regulatory environments.
Common Operating Picture
Real-time fleet telemetry on a single tactical map. WebSocket pipeline, sub-second updates, mixed-source overlay.
Mission & Airspace
Waypoint missions, dynamic geofences, NOTAM-aware planning, multi-aircraft coordination.
Detect & Respond
Programmable alert engine, RemoteID surveillance, immutable evidence locking, TAK/ATAK CoT bridge.
Enterprise Core
RBAC, MFA, audit trails, billing, team management. SOC 2 / FedRAMP pathway by design.
We turned a regulation into free telemetry.
The FAA mandates RemoteID broadcast on every drone over 250 g. Every competitor treats it as a "detect unknown drones" feature. We invert it: match serial numbers against the operator's fleet and route through the same pipeline as DJI and MAVLink. Zero-friction, hardware-agnostic telemetry — no SDK, no integration.
DJI Cloud API
Full bi-directional telemetry & control · Enterprise DJI fleets
MAVLink UDP
Full telemetry · Open-source / Autel / Skydio / custom builds
RemoteID Bridge
Lightweight position telemetry · Any compliant drone, no integration
Manual Entry
Fallback for non-broadcasting hardware · audit-traceable
US-first. Public safety as the beachhead.
Drone-as-First-Responder programs are scaling across US law enforcement and emergency services — a shared procurement profile, regulatory environment, and budget cycle. We start there, then expand into commercial fleets, infrastructure, and logistics from a position of trust.
